Mel started his working life in Banking and then moved over to Corporate Finance.
Opened an office in the West End specialising in financing property developments in 1985 and then became one of the founders of 360 Golf in 1988. Since then Mel has helped establish and manage many successful golf related business’s in the UK and overseas. Regarded as an industry expert, he is regularly asked to talk at conferences and seminars.
With strengths in establishing viability, project management, setting up operations, sales and marketing, it was a natural progression to partner with Robert and develop other business opportunities in leisure and property.
Mel has taken board positions on developments as well as non executive roles. Most recently, he is part of a team developing a UK based private destination club, financed by well known and respected investors.

During his early career as a diamond dealer with De Beers, Robert lived and worked in many countries around the world. Long stints in central and southern Africa were followed by three years in India as well as periods in Belgium, Russia and head office in London.
Since moving into the golf and development business Robert has been based in Oxfordshire, England.
Robert is a skilled negotiator and strong at developing leads and networks, he specialises in playing the “devils advocate” role when evaluating deals and situations. Busy with both 360 Partners and 360 Golf business in the UK, Robert also spends a lot of time in India where he is on the board of a major development company as well as running 360’s other interests in the country.
